Jen Odenheimer won with a personal best 1:15:37.
USATF Club Cross Country Championships (University Place, WA)
The women’s team finished 4th for our 6th top 6 finish in the last seven years. Claire Green and Maya Weigel were both in the top 20, and all five scorers (among 9 racers) were in the top 52 team places. For the men, they again had a top 15 finish in 13th, led by a debut top 50 for Nolan Dozier, with Matt Lenehad shortly behind, Trevor Halsted in the top 100, Josh Sealand just outside that number, and Donald Taggart finishing as our fifth scorer. Steven Grolle and Zach Hine also competed for complete our 7. In the 60+ masters, Tom Tayeri ran his very first cross country race, earning 9th overall and 8th among 60+ athletes.

California International Marathon (Sacramento, CA)
Erin McDonald (2:36) had a 15 minute improvement over 2023 to be the top PAUSATF finisher. Izzi Gengaro closed hard to nail a debut effort in 2:39:56. Yuzki Oey also had an 11 minute PR to run 2:47 as the threesome earned team victory as well.
Indian Wells Ironman 70.3 (La Quinta, CA)
Andrea Cloarec finished 37th among the pro field, but had the 5th best run, a triathlon PR of 1:15:19.

Marathon Valencia Trinidad Alfonso Zurich (Valencia, Spain)
Matt Lenehan dipped under 2:19 for the fifth time in 2:18.

Silicon Valley Turkey Trot (San Jose, CA)
Ero Doce won the reinvented Elite 5K with a new personal and club best of 13:59, with Chris Olley finishing 4th. Nolan Dozier enjoyed a lifetime road best alongside Joshua Sealand in the top 10, with Tom Brookes also notching and all surface personal best. Sierra Brill earned a significant road PR of 16:41 for 4th, while Holly Clarke took 5th, Jen Odenheimer 6th, and Carolyn Buchanan 7th, all under 17:00. In the mass race, Melinda DiNapoli won her age group in the 5K, Tom Tayeri was the fastest master over 45 in the 10K, and Andrew Roos was 4th place overall in the same race.
Milwaukee Turkey Trot (Milwaukee, WI)
Claire Green earned a personal and club bestow 26:37 to win the race for women and finish 3rd overall.
Dana Point Turkey Trot (Dana Point, CA)
Maya Weigel was 2nd in the 10K, while Donald Taggart was 14th.
ARM Gobble Wobble 10K (San Mateo, CA)
Yuzki Oey won for the women.
Bank of Marin Turkey Trot 5K (Novato, CA)
Jenny Grimshaw was the female winner, taking 3rd overall.

PAUSATF XC Championships (San Francisco, CA)
Our women’s team won the title for the 12th time in 13th outings, scoring a 29 second spread from 1-5. Holly Clarke led the team in 4th with Sierra Brill in 5th, Jeannette Mathieu in 8th, Jenny Grimshaw in 9th, Faith Reynolds in 12th. Amy Schanz was top 15 and JJ Escalera, Christine Hoffmann, and Carmen Mejia were top 25, top 30 and top 40 respectively. The men’s team finished with another strong runner-up team performance, led by Ero Doce in 3rd, Chris Olley in 6th, and 11th for Matt Lenehan. Trevor Halsted and Joshua Sealand battled hard for top 25 placings, with Trevor’s result nabbing him top 10 overall season honors. Tom Brookes (36th), Kenny Valdez (58th), and Andrew Roose (65th) also filled out our team placings.

Monterey Bay Half Marathon (Monterey, CA)
Ero Doce won in a new personal best of 63:59. Nolan Dozier also PR’ed in 68 minutes to crack the top 10 with Andrea Cloarec, Yu Hsiao, Oliver Langford, Alex Dickinson, and Lucas Mowery all placing in the top 30. Oli also won the 35+ age group.

Zach Hine won while running for Meta, and Faith Reynolds had her second straight top-2 finish, running for Accenture. Ben Mears also earned 12th place for Stripe.

PDC took the team crown for the second year in a row, while Ero Doce won the individual victory, Oliver Langford was in the top 10 and Tom Tayeri won the 50+ division. Jeannette Mathieu was 2nd for the women, with Yuzki Oey and Carolyn Buchanan also in the top 5.

Tracksmith Twilight 5000 (San Francisco, CA)
Holly Clarke won with Jen Odenheimer PR’ing in second place at 16:57. Sierra Brill and Amy Schanz were both in the top 10, with Sarah Johnson 11th. Faith Reynolds also served as a pacer for the seeded heat. For the men, Alex Dickinson gave it a good go to push for a PR, but finished 12th. Chris Olley and Joshua Sealand served as pacers.

Sarah Johnson had competitive outdoor debuts in the 1500m and 5000m, while Izzi Gengaro and Sierra Brill battled through some solo efforts in the 10,000m.

Aneno had a season’s best in the 800m and doubled back in the 400m. Chris Olley had a tactical adventure in the 800 and doubled back in the 1500m.

Ashley Lewis nearly scored an indoor 800m PR, taking second in her heat at 2:06.67. Sarah Gayer had a slight indoor mile PR and ran a strong 800m despite being tripped up with 50m to go.
Miles Smith and Chris Olley both ran season’s bests of 4:01 for the Mile, while Joshua Sealand competed on the track for the first time in two years.
